| 1) |
Where do you get the forklifts? |
| |
Most of the equipment is purchased from lease companies and manufacturers. Many of these forklifts are from full maintenance lease programs and the factories resell to wholesalers. The rest come from businesses that are closing and from trade-ins.

What if I get a forklift from you that doesn't work or doesn't fit my application? |

We feel the comprehensive questions we ask before we sell you a forklift enables us to provide you with a forklift that will fit your application. Sometimes though unforeseen issues arise, so you do have 5 days to return or exchange the forklift for a full refund. All you will be responsible for is the freight.
